Our recipes are carefully crafted to ensure that each meal is both tasty and nutritious, so you never have to sacrifice flavor for health. We use only the highest quality ingredients, and our meals are always made fresh and from scratch.

How our meal plans work….

Our meal plans start at $15 per meal. We currently do pick up locations and delivery(10 order minimum). We run our meal plans Tuesday through Saturday, but are willing to accommodate a Monday - Friday Schedule.


Our meals are cooked fresh each week! Typically you will receive a text message with our pre-set menu for that week on Thursday with numbers 1 - 5 on the left side. You can tell us which meal you prefer and if you'd like multiple of one order (example #1 - 3ea.) Orders must go in by Friday 5pm the latest.


If you have any allergies please let us know prior to preventing any cross contamination.

Our menu changes weekly as we love to buy foods that are in season to gain full nutritional value. However, our clients have favorites and we respect that! We will stick with 3 meals non rotational for a few weeks or until we hear from our clients what they've enjoyed the most!!


The importance of consistency & lifestyle choices….

Eating healthy doesn't mean eating bland or the same foods over and over again. It means fueling your body to prevent inflammation, promote optimal immune system function, and provide energy for everyday activity.


We do things differently by incorporating Mediterranean diet techniques such as using healthier fats, involving more prebiotic foods, and antioxidant & amino acid rich foods.

We tend to lean more towards the gluten free, lactose free side of the spectrum, but only because we've seen promising results. Our clients are always shocked when they hear our dishes are gf & lactose free


Example: We've made our famous shrimp scampi without butter and everyone wanted the recipe. Since then it has become one of our clients favorite dishes.

Our clients range from ages 16 to 85 and all genders. Their occupations vary from entrepreneurs, landscapers, nurses, hairdressers, personal trainers, and students.

The cool aspect of these meal plans for us is seeing how different our clientele is yet all produce the same results: more energy, more mental clarity throughout the day and weight loss that come naturally.


Our clients aren't just a number. We don't put out food where everything starts to taste the same.


We are two private chefs that put our work & life experience together to create a service to help others like our lifestyle change helped ours.
