We currently offer pick up locations and delivery. We run our meal delivery meal plans Monday through Friday. Delivery goes out Saturday mid to late afternoon to the Westchester, Putnam area and Dutchess area. Our pick up location is located in Hopewell and can be available on Tuesday.

High Protein Low Carb
High Protein Low Carb Meals start at $17.00. This will cover the cost of protein which is usually portioned 6 oz to 8 oz. Low carb items we typically use complex carbs in smaller portions (quinoa, sweet potatoes, green beans, slaws, broccoli, cauliflower etc.)

High protein high Carb starts from $18 (8 oz protein and depending on what your macro intake is we will moderate)

HCK Baseline Menu
Our regular meal plan starts at $15 per meal. (4oz portion of protein) . All meals are gluten free and lactose free (anti-inflammatory)
